Cambrils is a famous seaside resort on the Costa Dorada. The best attractions of Cambrils are of course the nine kilometers of golden beaches. The place to enjoy the perfect climate with plenty of sunshine and wonderful temperatures.

The beaches are of top quality and therefore they also carry the blue flag. Along the beach is the Passeig Maritim, the long promenade ideal for a stroll, a nice bike tour or a cool glass at one of the many terraces.

The Roman Villa Vila Romana de la Llosa was only recently discovered. It is assumed that the remains of the villa date back to the period of the first century BC. Visitors can see a reconstruction of the foundations. Artifacts and bronze statues can be seen in the historical museum of Cambrils.

The Torre de l'Ermita is a medieval watchtower. This used to stand near the old Roman road, the Via Augusta. The tower consists of a rectangular construction with reinforced corners. The tower is crowned with battlements and small openings for defense. Since 1996 the building is part of the Historical Museum of Cambrils. The exhibition in this museum offers an overview of the history of the city during the Middle Ages. There is also an exhibition of heraldic shields.

The El Pescador Park is located in the port area near the beach and was created in honor of the fishermen of the city. The park is 5,000 square meters and is divided in a Mediterranean part and a more tropical area. Around the lake you can relax and enjoy the sunset over the sea. You will find a café/bar where you can drink coffee with sandwiches or tapas.

The Torre Del Port is a famous symbol of the city. The tower was built in the 17th century as watchtower. In this tower you will find a small museum about piracy and its effects on the neighbourhood. From the tower you have a great view over the harbor and coast.
